Hi, I’m Alexa, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and founder of Alignment Counseling & Wellness. I work with teens and young adults who are navigating life transitions, academic pressure, high stress, and the often-overwhelming question of ‘Who am I becoming?’ My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and thoughtful. I believe meaningful change happens when we slow down, get curious, and begin aligning our inner world with the life we want to live.
In our work together, I offer a supportive space to explore emotions, values, identity, and purpose — without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. I draw from evidence-based practices while honoring creativity, reflection, and the unique story each client brings.
